'Healthy Chicago Survey' Telephone Interviews

From 2013 to 2018, C R Market Surveys conducted computer-assisted telephone interviews (CATI) with Chicago residents, with a special focus on Hispanic target audiences. Over 4,000 interviews were successfully collected annually during this period. 


Key responsibilities included: 

  1. In-Depth Interviews: We provided bilingual interviewers fluent in Spanish.

  2. Quality Control: Quality control was an extensive measure we implemented throughout the data collection process to maintain data integrity. 


These efforts enabled the client to gather high-quality, culturally relevant insights from the Hispanic community, improving their understanding of health trends and informing public health initiatives tailored to this key demographic.
